Santa Cruz Baroque Festival

Professor Linda Burman-Hall and the Santa Cruz Baroque Festival are being honored this Saturday evening as they open the 40th Anniversary Season

at UCSC Music  Recital Hall. Saturday Feruary 8, 2014

An instrument exhibit from Medieval/Renaissance lutes through Baroque lutes and guitar-family instruments to Ukuleles is being curated by Paul Hostetter, Will Spires and Ukulele Dick.

Our full circle musical tour of 700 years leading to the modern guitar and ukulele is sure to delight fans of early music and vintage pop. We'll close this memorable evening with a meet-the-artists reception for donors and season ticket holders.
