An Evening of Song with Baritone Daniel Belcher

Internationally renowned baritone Daniel Belcher sings a recital of French music by Poulenc, Ibert, and Ravel with pianist Ronny Michael Greenberg.

Grammy® Award-winning baritone Daniel Belcher has performed in many of the world’s music capitals, including Paris, London, New York, San Francisco, Houston, Berlin, Stuttgart, Amsterdam, Geneva, Toronto, Montreal, Tokyo and Seoul. This season, he creates the role of Alfred Stieglitz in Laura Kaminsky’s Today It Rains at Opera Parallèle in San Francisco. Belcher received the Grammy® Award in 2011 for his recording of Jaufré Rudel in Kaija Saariaho’s L’amour de Loin. Also active in teaching, he has served on the faculty at Florida State University, is the resident voice teacher for the young artist program at Opera Colorado, and taught last summer at the Hawai’i Performing Arts festival.
